  • Skills and progressions for Shallow Water Orientation
  • Practise Getting Wet and Shallow Water Progressions and Specific Swimming Drills, Strokes
  • Understand how buoyancy and movement directly links to the Mechanis of Swimming
  • Basic Fundamentals include Submersion and Breathing, Floats, Glides, Glides with Kickks, Sculling, Deep Water Orientation.
  • Depending on swimmers' comfort level and progressions, other components will be introduced
