Adult Lessons 成人班

Focus Areas:

  • Understand how buoyancy and movement directly links to the Mechanis of Swimming
  • Basic Fundamental Techniques include Submersion and Breathing,Floats, Glides, Glides with Kicks, Sculling to be comfortable in water
  • Practise specific swimming strokes of interest such as front crawl, breaststroke, back crawl, elementary backstroke, butterfly (depending on the progressions and comfort level)
  • With experienced swimmers, lessons will be tailored to specific goals and expectations of swimmers
